Thereโs something magical about mornings, isnโt there? Theyโre like a fresh start, a chance to set the tone for the rest of the day. For me, mornings didnโt always feel this way. Iโve since discovered that small, intentional habits can turn even the simplest mornings into something special. Now, my mornings feel like a gift I give myself, a way to step into the day feeling energized, grateful, and even a little luxurious. And the best part? These habits are accessible to anyone. Let me share with you some of the morning practices that have made all the difference for me.
1. Wake up earlier to enjoy the quiet luxury of time

Waking up just 30 minutes earlier gives you a chance to embrace stillness and set the tone for your day.
