Iโll be honest, having a low-stress life is pretty important to me. If thereโs stress that has to be faced, Iโll face it. But for my ordinary, regular life, I prefer a slower, gentler paceโand thatโs one of the great benefits of living frugally. Itโs not just about saving money (though I love that part too); itโs about creating a life with fewer moving parts and more breathing room.
