Iโ€™ve always admired those people and wondered what it is about them that draws others in so effortlessly. Over the years, Iโ€™ve realized itโ€™s not about being born with a magnetic personalityโ€”itโ€™s about practicing certain habits that make them genuinely likable.

When I started paying closer attention to the likable people in my life, I noticed some patterns. They werenโ€™t necessarily the loudest or most outgoing, but they had this remarkable ability to make others feel good about themselves. The best part? These habits werenโ€™t complicated or out of reach. I realized they were things anyoneโ€”including meโ€”could practice with a little intention and effort.
